Artist: Yayoi Kusama

Yayoi Kusama is a Japanese artist who uses dots in her paintings, sculptures, clothing, drawings, and installation artworks. An installation is a 3-D artwork so big that you can walk around or inside it.

How would you feel if other people changed your artwork? What would you include in your installation room?

One way to make a room:

1) Draw a rectangle in the middle of your page. It should be the same direction as your paper.

2) Draw lines connecting the corners of your rectangle to the corners of your paper.

4) Add furniture and details. Add your mural.

Trade your paper. Someone else will add to your artwork.
